Hello,

I received Dead Wake: The Last Crossing of the Lusitania  from bloggingforbooks.com to review.

Dead Wake: The Last Crossing of the Lusitania by Erik Larson takes you back through history and the events that occurred on the Lusitania. The Lusitania was a large ship that had more than a thousand passengers on board. There were many infants and babies on this ship. It was the most devastating event that ended the lives of many innocent people. This book took me through World War I and that fateful day in May of 1915 when a German U-boat attacked and sunk the Lusitania.

Erik Larson wrote in such detail that I felt like I was there witnessing it. I learned a lot about the history that was happening during that time. It was interesting to learn that some of the passengers that were traveling on the Lusitania survived the the sinking of the Titanic.  If you are interested in historical events then this book is a must read.

Thank you so much for stopping by!
